Q: If I buy from you what guarantees
do I have?
Answer: We sell our products with a minimum of 12
months exchange warranty. In case of the Easy Ice Maker we offer a
"no quibble" warranty exchange, at our cost, during the
12 month warranty period.
We are the Agents for this product and many more through out South
Africa, Australia, and New Zealand and hold large stocks, spare parts
and have a fully equipped workshop to provide any technical support
required.
We have invested heavily in this product and it is in our interest
to ensure that you are happy. A happy customer usually tells at least
one friend - an unhappy one never stops telling everyone just what
a rotten company the supplier is!
Q: What about support and telephone help once I have
purchased the product?
Answer: You have access to our call centre 086 111 4585 during normal office hours Mon-Fri when you can speak to
all our sales staff.
After hours the line is switched through to a mobile - usually one
of the directors will be happy to assist at most times of the day
and night, however, we go to bed early so please don't ring after
10.00pm!!
Q: How can I pay?
Answer: You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, Transfer, Cash or Cheque Deposit.
If you pay by personal cheque please allow 7 days for your cheque
to be cleared. We are happy to accept postdated cheques, depending
on credit status checks.
If you pay by credit card we are usually very reluctant to supply
goods to another address other than that on your card. We will deliver
it to a work address, but may need to check that this is a bonafide
one. We have to do this to protect the integrity of your credit card,
just in case someone is trying to commit fraud on it. If they do,
you will get your money back from the credit card company, but we
will not get ours back.
Q: What about delivery?
Answer: "You take my money then don't deliver!"
No we don't!! Machines are usually available ex-stock. This means
that if you order before 12:00 noon on one day we can normally get
the goods to you the next working day between 9:00am and 5:00pm. In
some outlying regions an in Cape Province this can be up to 2 days.
We always ask you for a telephone number, and will SMS or call you
to confirm your delivery arrangements and a waybill number.
Q: What about other suppliers?
Answer: You may notice that other companies also
supply this same product, yes they do and they obtained their supplies
from us, the Main Agent. If the ice machine is branded "Easy
Ice" then you can be sure it is one of ours. |
